Users are advised to independently verify credentials before engaging any professional.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Vidyoday, you agree:

• Not to misuse, copy, or exploit directory data for unauthorized purposes
• Not to engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
• Not to attempt to disrupt or damage the platform

5. Professional Listings

For Listed Professionals:

By being listed on Vidyoday, you:

• Confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date
• Consent to public display of your professional details
• Accept that users may contact you directly

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or remove listings
• Refuse listings that are misleading, incomplete, or inappropriate

6. No Endorsement

Listing on Vidyoday does not constitute endorsement or recommendation of any professional.

We do not:

• Rank or prioritize professionals based on quality
• Guarantee the competence or conduct of any listed individual

7. Limitation of Liability

Vidyoday shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform
• Any decisions made based on information provided on the directory
• Any disputes, losses, or issues arising between users and professionals

All interactions and engagements are undertaken at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Interactions

Any communication, transaction, or engagement with professionals or third parties:

• Is solely between the user and the respective party
• Is not monitored, controlled, or guaranteed by Vidyoday
